You won’t lack for comfort and calm in our cottages in the heart of the Mac-Groveland /Hamline area. Indulge in cool and delicious breweries, cafes, and restaurants such as Rose Patisserie, The Naughty Greek, Magic Noodle, Everest on Grand, Hyacinth, Keg and Case, and many other fantastic food choices all nearby. If you’re in the mood for cooking in the renovated kitchen, Whole Foods is 3 ½ blocks away (an 8 minute walk).
These cottages are also near five universities: Macalester, Concordia, Hamline, University of St. Thomas, and St. Catherine University. The University of Minnesota is a short drive away! To make a reservation, simply head directly to our website, choose your desired vacation home, and follow the provided instructions. Please note that upon check-in, a government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required for incidental charges.
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible and friendly cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you do so one day before your scheduled arrival. On the day of your reservation, you can still receive a partial refund, where you’ll get back every night except for the first one. Please note that the first night’s charge and the service fee are non-refundable. We strive to ensure fairness and provide you with the best possible experience, even when circumstances require changes to your travel plans.

When it’s time to bid farewell, our checkout time is before 11:00 AM, ensuring a seamless departure as you embark on your next adventure. Plus, with our convenient self check-in process using a keypad, you have the freedom to arrive and access your cozy retreat whenever it suits you best
