To make a reservation with Modern Cozy Getaways, simply visit our website, select your desired vacation home, and follow the provided instructions. Please be aware that upon check-in, you will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and provide a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for incidental charges.
Rental Payment
Your rental payment includes the cost of your stay, cleaning fees, and any applicable service fees. Please review each listing for specific details.
Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible and guest-friendly cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you do so at least one day before your scheduled arrival. On the day of your reservation, you can still receive a partial refund, where you'll be refunded for every night except the first one. Please note that the first night's charge and the service fee are non-refundable. We strive to ensure fairness and provide you with the best possible experience, even when circumstances require changes to your travel plans.
Check-In and Check-Out
At Modern Cozy Getaways, check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, allowing you to settle in comfortably and start your stay at your own pace. When it's time to say goodbye, our checkout time is before 11:00 AM, ensuring a seamless departure as you embark on your next adventure. With our convenient self check-in process using a keypad, you have the freedom to arrive and access your cozy retreat whenever it suits you best.
Guest Responsibilities:
- The maximum number of guests allowed depends on each property. Please check each listing to know more about it or send us a message before checking-in if you have an additional guest.
- Pets are welcome.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Parties or events are not permitted.
- Commercial photography is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Property Conditions and Liability:
- As a guest, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
- Modern Cozy Getaways is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises.
- It is the guest's responsibility to secure their personal belongings and valuables. Modern Cozy Getaways is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Modern Cozy Getaways is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services (such as internet, electricity, or water) that are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues promptly.
- The use of amenities, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities, is at the guest's own risk. Guests should follow any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution while using these facilities.
- Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect their stay.

Termination of Agreement:
Modern Cozy Getaways reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.
