We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible and guest-friendly cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you do so at least one day before your scheduled arrival. On the day of your reservation, you can still receive a partial refund, where you’ll be refunded for every night except the first one. Please note that the first night’s charge and the service fee are non-refundable. We strive to ensure fairness and provide you with the best possible experience, even when circumstances require changes to your travel plans.
At Modern Cozy Getaways, check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, allowing you to settle in comfortably and start your stay at your own pace. When it’s time to say goodbye, our checkout time is before 11:00 AM, ensuring a seamless departure as you embark on your next adventure. With our convenient self check-in process using a keypad, you have the freedom to arrive and access your cozy retreat whenever it suits you best.
